The employee contact information screen allows you to record contact details for the employee as well as emergency contact details.
| Setting | Description |
| Address | The employee's address. |
| Home Phone | The employee's home phone number. |
| Alternate Phone | An alternate contact phone number for the employee. |
| Emergency Contact | The name of an emergency contact for the selected employee. |
| Emergency Contact Phone | The phone number for the employee emergency contact. |
