The Missing Punches Report is a simple report showing a list of employees who are missing clock in events with corresponding clock out events. An employee may have forgotten to clock out at the end of their shift and the Missing Punches Report will show this. The administrator must then edit the employee times to fix the problem.
The Missing Punches Report can be viewed within Online Time Clock MTS, in pdf, or exported to csv (comma delimited file) which can be opened in MS Excel or many other spreadsheet or database programs. The report can be printed from any of these formats.
