The Simple Wages Report

The Simple Wages Report shows the wages due to each employee for the selected date range. This includes overtime totals, a weekly total and final total for all employees.

Wages are shown in dollars and cents and are calculated based on the hourly rate set for each employee recorded in the manage data -> manage employees -> edit employee -> payroll information screen.

The Simple Wages Report can be found via the Payroll Reports screen. You can run the report for all employees, some employees or a particular department.

This report can be viewed within Online Time Clock MTS, in pdf, or exported to csv (comma delimited file) which can be opened in MS Excel or many other spreadsheet or database programs. The report can be printed from any of these formats.
