Configuring Online Time Clock MTS
Online Time Clock MTS gives you many different options that allow you to configure the system to suit your particular business needs and payroll rules. You can access these options when you're logged in as the account administrator on the Tools->Time Clock Options menu. The Online Time Clock MTS Options screen (shown above) has three tabs with settings on each tab generally classified by what aspects of the system they effect. The table below describes each tab and what areas of the system they effect. Click on the option tab link to be taken to a help topic describing the settings on that tab in more detail. Note : The Account Settings page is reached from the Account Settings menu or the Account Settings icon on your dashboard.
Option Tab | Description |
Your Account Settings | Manage your global account settings here, such as your company name and contact details. |
Display and Report Settings | Control how employees will use Online Time Clock MTS and how your reports will look here. |
Payroll Settings | Set global payroll settings here. |
Overtime Settings | Define and adjust global overtime settings here. |
Note: A number of the display, payroll, and overtime settings can be over-ridden on a location by location basis on the Location Information Screen. This is particularly useful if you have locations in different states or countries with different overtime rules.
